Jack
Mildren, former OU Wishbone Quarterback and Lt. Governor of Oklahoma, presents
former Eufaula mayor Joe Johnson with a plaque of appreciation for his work in
promoting truism in Eastern Oklahoma. Mildren was an outstanding quarterback
and played with some of Oklahoma’s best, like Heisman Trophy winners Steve
Owens and Steve Aycock.
